No right turn to the Royal Cornwall Hospital except local buses and cycles - but the marking on the road surface is buses only, and I don't know how many cyclists would want move across two lanes of motor traffic here.

A clear end to the new shared-use path

Cyclists are encouraged to leave the carriageway here and use the new island to reach the new shared-use path to the right.

The shared-use path leaves the A390 here and runs along a parallel residential road.
